Hi. i may be going on a trip to Cancun soon. i take my pill every night at 9pm and Cancun has a 3 hour time difference compared to where im from. would i have to take my pill at 12am while im there? i’m on the mini pill so i dont feel confident taking it at 9pm local time

what pill? there’s no reason to be nervous to take it at 9pm local if i understand this, it’ll be like taking it 3 hours early right? taking your pill early has no chance of lowering effectiveness

i’m on the mini pill so there’s less of a window. and i don’t wanna risk anything lol

i think the only thing to be concerned about is coming home after since your time would be later again. if you want, you can move the time you take your pill by an hour or so per day. like day one cancun 11 pm, day 2 10 pm, etc. then maybe you could stay at 10 pm so it’s only a 2 hour difference from your usual time
