Hi I just want some reassurance as I have taken about 3 pills 3-4 hours lay in the past 3 eeeks and have being bleeding I just want to make sure I’m still protected?

What type of pill are you on? Combined pills have a 24 hour window, desogestrel mini pills have a 12 hour window and norethindrone mini pills have a 3 hour window. If you take your pill within your usage window you're still protected

@aurielle I’m on the mini pill but the app is telling me I’m unprotected so I’m not sure x

@evs_ check your pamphlet. It has these instructions in the missed pill section. The app runs off standard settings that don’t necessarily match your instructions.

@evs_ the app is automatically set to say you're late if it's more than 1 hour late so you need to determine which kind of mini pill you are on to see if it's a 12 hour or 3 hour window.
