I'm on the OPill. I missed a dosage and took one almost 14 hours later, and had unprotected sex a few hours before my dosage time, should I take a Plan B?

You were definitely unprotected OPill has a 3hr usage window as applies in the pamphlet. You can try to take a Plan B but its jot guaranteed it will work, especially if you didnt take it asap. You should take pregnancy test in 21 days. If you have issues taking it on time I would recommend switching to the combo pill or an IUD.

@GhostFaceLov I took a Plan B at about 20 hours after, and usually I get my period the day after taking it. Definitely getting the shot done soon again, the OPill was just a temporary thing. I'm terrible with taking pills on time :(

You need to take a pregnancy test 21 days after you’ve used plan B. When you miss a pill and become unprotected you could start to ovulate and if you’re already ovulating then plan B does not work. If you are struggling to take the pills on time it’s recommended to use condoms until you can get back on your other birth control options.
