Have anyone tried nuvaring? How was your experience?

Inserting it was difficult and NOT THAT IT HURT, it was hard to kinda push it where it’s suppose to be for it to be the most effective. What I’ve experienced was a little bit of spotting which is normal and period symptoms a week before my period starts! Cramping and etc. A lot of discharge than usual.

For me, it did not affect my libido at all. Everyone is different but mine completely stayed the same or had increased a little!

🙋🏽‍♀️ me! I have been on it for like 11 years. It’s been perfect for my body. The first couple years I would do 3 weeks in and 1 week out. Then just left it in the full 4 weeks and eventually I stopped bleeding all together. And I never experienced any side effects after that. Just some spotting a couple times a year. I love it cause you forget about it. You can take it out up to 3 hours per day. You can have sex with it in. You don’t have to worry about when you have diarrhea or vomiting cause you’ll still be protected. Insertion is a bit funny. I’ve had it fall out like twice. Haha once during sex. Another when I was removing a tampon. It also kinda feels like it’s coming out when you’re pooping sometimes but that’s only if it’s too low and you need to push it up. You can squat and use your pelvic muscles to help with insertion. It’s been really great to me! I love my ring!
