Hi so I just got a new pack of birth control, deblitane. My previous birth control had only 3 weeks and then I took a week break then started the next. With this one it has 4 weeks so I’m a little confused. Do I take the fourth week? Is it a placebo week?

Deblitane is a mini pill (progestin-only) so it has no placebo/ break weeks. You take it continously. Keep in mind that mini pills have different late windows that combined pills and you can't miss any otherwise you're unprotected. Read your pamphlet.
