depression has got the best of me and i haven’t taken my pill for the last 4-5 days. My break week starts today, i know im no longer protected but Im not sexually active right now anyways. i know taking a break from birth control isn’t a good idea, but i want to continue my break week.
So if i start again after my break week, I’ll be protected again after 7 consecutive days of taking the pills?
