I take my birth control at 9pm Central Time, but now I’m studying abroad in another country (Europe) for 2 more weeks and now I’m 7 hours ahead from my home. I finished a pack when I got here and now I’m going to start a new one in 3 days. Should I stay on my time at home ? It’s been a little hard because that means I’ll have to take it at 4am and I’m just now getting use to the time change. 🙃
