Hey everyone! I’m on the combination birth control pill, and am traveling to somewhere with an 8 hour time difference. I know the combonation pill is more time flexible, but would you guys recommend taking it at my usual home time or switching to the new country time?

Honestly either would be fine. You might feel better physically if you stick with your regular schedule though and set an alarm.

This app is very useful, it’ll automatically change timezones for you and send you a notification when you should be taking your pill x

The app changes time zones for you. I usually take it at the same time as home just to avoid a prolonged gap of taking a pill and running the risk of your body thinking it’s late (I’ve accidentally started break weeks by doing this - very annoying!)
