Hi girls! Does anyone know any good and nutritional on the go breakfasts? I’m sick of eating processed breakfast bars (unless anyone knows any good one) and I do sometimes have overnight oats but I want to have some variety. I usually eat my breakfast on the train so it can’t be anything that smells 😂. Thanks xx

You can meal prep muffins or my fiance has done egg mini omelettes that you put in a cupcake/muffin tray and bake.

I usually prep a yoghurt with muesli the night before and take that with me on the train

Make your own egg bites
Put whatever you like in them, you can heat them up before going

Pancakes actually reheat well in the toaster! There are a lot of healthy homemade recipes online with oats or bananas that are still nutritional. Might not be that easy for a train ride though, but that is what we have been prepping lately for a fast breakfast before leaving!
