How can I prevent period poops on the pill in my break week?😣 they are so painful, and are worsened by my IBS. I take my pill three packs in a row, with a week’s break in between as advised by my GP. Brand: Rigevidon

I would suggest skipping your breaks. I don't know of any way to prevent them as the same hormones that cause your bleed trigger activity in your digestive system.

@aurielle thank you, I may consult my GP again then. I feel like the only downside to this is that I’d have no indicator for not being pregnant at that point however (other than testing..) 💗🙏
