However, my boyfriend and I were intimate last night and he ejaculated inside… I had diarrhea at 3 A.M., then took my pill at 6:30 A.M., and had diarrhea once again at 8:45 A.M. … I take Yaz combination birth control pills, and I’m wondering if I’m still protected? It’s been only two hours since I had taken my pill, but I had severe diarrhea. Is there a high chance I could be pregnant?? Please help me out and let me know what I can do!

I think you are fine. There were 2 hours after you took the pill before diarrhea. Your body would have absorbed it. Did you have to keep going to the bathroom after that time? I think you should be okay. I know others say 6+ trips to the bathroom in 24 hours could affect the pill though.
