Sperm can survive in the body for up to 5 days, so if there were any that survived they would’ve died by now. If you miss one pill but take the next one on time then you should be protected (depending on where in the pack you are), ovulation isn’t a huge risk until multiple pills are missed or you miss a pill at the beginning of your pack. We can’t predict anything 100% but the chances of pregnancy are quite unlikely.
