Hi, I’m so sorry if this is tmi 😖 but I have a tear down there… it’s between both holes (not directly on either) and so painful, it’s probably about the size of my small finger nail? Idk what to do, I’m scared to go see anyone. Is there something I can put on it at home??

leave it to heal and abstain from sex until it’s better - around 3-4 days, it sounds like a tear from not being fully lubricated during sex/a position you were in (if you are sexually active).

Vaseline to use as a barrier when you pee! Maybe polysporin?
