syeda ‼️‼️‼️‼️❌❌❌‼️‼️‼️‼️❌❌❌❌❌❌❌💤💤💤💤💤💤💤❌❌⏱ so this is about birth control and a couple of other things, so i made a post a few weeks ago bc i was concerned about me spotting bc i have never done that before and ive been on the same pill birth control for two years. i ended up getting my withdrawal bleed on friday and its been pretty heavy i would say, is this good? is it a sign i am not pregnant? bc ive read that a lot of times you won’t get a withdrawal bleed if you’re pregnant. i’ve had no signs of pregnancy but i have to go to the gynecologist next week and im thinking about getting the nexplanon again bc i dont have to worry about taking pills, picking them up, etc. answer both my questions please🙏🙏

one thing i wasn’t rly sure about when i was on the nexplanon tho was that i only got my period a few times the two years i was on it, but it is one of the most effective birth controls

If you’re using the pill correctly it’s working, regardless of whether you experience bleeding or not. A lot of pill users experience little to no bleeding, sometimes for several years straight, so it’s not true to say you’re pregnant if you don’t get a withdrawal bleed.

If you use your pills correctly you’re good. Whether you bleed or not is irrelevant. Irregular bleeding is a possibility on any type of birth control, or not bleeding at all. It’s different for everyone because it depends on how your body reacts to being on it. As for the pill versus implant; if you’re looking for something easy where you don’t have to worry about frequent intake or refills then the implant is probably a better fit.
