Okays so I’ve been steady on this bc for about two years and for the first time the other night I threw up probably about three hours after taking it. Obviously it’s not fully effective but is it still in my system?? I’m being completely safe and it’s more a question out of curiosity 🤷‍♀️

If you threw up within 3 hours you need to take a new pill, if it was over 3 hours you’re fine.
