I don’t know if anyone else has this issue but for the past few years I’ve been getting what I think is cystic acne on my bum, on the outside of my labia and groin area. I don’t think it’s any sort of Sti or std because I got tested a while ago and nothing came up that. Looking for solutions or possibilities of what it might be?

Do you wear tight pants/leggings a lot? Do you change out of sweaty clothes right after working out?

No I don’t wear very tight clothing at all, and I always shower or change after working out

I was getting pimples there for a few months & think I’ve sussed out that they were from wearing bodysuits often as I use them as a thermal layer at work. Using acnecide in the shower helped and I’ve stopped wearing bodysuits often. Do you wear breathable cotton underwear & none at night?
