Hey guys. I’m from California and will be traveling to Calgary for a week. Calgary is like 1 hr ahead from California. To ensure I’m taking my pill on time without being late or missed, should I take it during California or Calgary time? I’m on the combo pill.

Either way works 1 hour doesn’t affect anything so whatever is better for you
