Hi! I reall need some advice here. So the thing is that no matter how much I want my partner down there I am always dry. I think it is because of my birth control pill. I fon’t want to change the pill because apart from this it is really great. I don’t know ehat can I do to go back to normal. I am not a bg fan of lubricants so if you could recommend me anything else or share your experience I would be glad. (Sorry for the mistakes English is not my forst language) Thanks for your help!!!

If you don’t want to swap pills then your only other option is lubricant. You could try and do much more foreplay but it likely won’t make a difference if you’re already struggling to get (and stay) wet. If you get a water based one it won’t irritate your privates. I know some people use spit as well, but I find that it causes irritation in my case.

What issues do you typically experience with lubricants?

Nothing much I just wanted to see if you can recommend anything besides that. You know some solutions to solve this problem naturally. But yeah I was thinking that lubricants would be the solution.
