Do I just take the 3 missed or what should I do?

Is the log you attached correct? So you missed 3 pills after your break? You’re unprotected and need to start from scratch. Taking multiple pills won’t help. It’ll take a full week before you’re protected again.

Do not take 3 pills at once. ^ if your log is correct you’re now unprotected and your break week was not protected either. Start taking one pill a day again and use condoms until you’re protected again.
