do you guys ever take your pill and then completely forget you taking it and then check your pack and compare it to the app and realize you did take but you have absolutely NO recollection of it??? pray for me … i’m making like fake scenarios of my head like if i got the pill and put it somewhere else and forgot to take it 😭

This happened to me because it became such a repetitive habit, gathering yourself and noting down you’ve taken it may help.

Yes completely normal, when I do something automatically out of habit I often don't remember it

I do that too. I always try to dry swallow the pill because I can feel it going down my throat. Sometimes it does feel stuck, so I always make sure I take a drink after, but it does help to know that I took it

YESSS this happens all the time that now I record myself taking the pill or I’ll look at myself taking it in the mirror
