Hey guys. I’m on the combo pill and have been taking my pill on time everyday. But today, me and my bf had sex and he cleaned up first and I did after. We usually use a condom even tho I’m on the pill to be extra careful. He came in the condom. While I was cleaning up, I used a towel that was nearby to dry my hands. But then I asked my bf which towel he used to clean himself up “down there” after he came. And it was the towel that I dried myself with. I was sooo pissed. Keep in mind, I can’t clearly remember but I may have wiped my “area” with a tissue after drying my hands with that towel. So I’m afraid that because I have possibly gotten my “area” exposed from cum because I dried my hands on the towel and wiped my “area” shortly after, am I at risk? I think I just need some 100% reassurance since this has never happened to me before as I’ve been super careful of not getting any contact with his cum. I know the pill’s purpose is for you to be able to not use a condom and still not get pregnant as long as you take ur pill on time. The pill is intended to be used as a stand alone method of contraception. So if you’re using it correctly you would have been fully protected and not at risk of pregnancy even if you did not use a condom at all. And semen needs to enter your vagina in order to lead to conception, I’m skeptical that wiping a towel on your genitalia would lead to that
