If I took my pill at 18:48 and then was sick around 22:48 do I need to be concerned? Scared I have slow digestion lol, even if I’ve thrown up the pill would it act as a day break and I’d be fine? Or need to take another… just asking because I’m not sure if it’s 3 or 4 hours for throwing up, and wondering how important it actually is to take another thanks xx
