I have just started using the pill I have taken a 4 day break this month. Am I able to take a 7 day break next month or is it best to stick to 4 day breaks? Brand: Microgynon 30

Doesn’t really matter, 4 days is good because if you forget to start taking it again you’ll still be protected for 3 more days, but if you’re good at starting taking it again it makes no real difference x
