Kind of random question, but is the 3hr rule with being sick like pretty valid? I took it at 6, and then was sick at like 2 am a small amount, obviously well past the timeframe, but (TMI) my sick had food I ate around the time I took my pill.

Unlike food the pill gets absorbed, this usually takes 3 hours. If you want to be extra cautious then follow your missed pill instructions but it’s not necessary.
