Hello! I recently got my wisdom teeth taken out and the medicine they gave me has caused me to have some tummy issues. I take Vestura (generic Yaz) at 10-11pm every night. Today I’ve had diarrhea about 3-4 times, starting at about 7:30 in the morning. It wasn’t JUST water, but it was still fairly loose. I guess my question is when should I start being concerned about absorption rates. If I continue to have liquid-ish stool throughout the rest of today, is my pill considered missed? The Vestura leaflet doesn’t specify about diarrhea (only vomiting smh) Thank you!!! ☺️

Also if it’s important — it’s not “explosive” or painful or anything. It’s very clearly not a result of sickness. I’m also on my period rn so that could contribute :P

It needs to be 6+ trips of complete liquid stool within 24 hours for it to effect your pill
