About a week ago I started bleeding, I’m on the mini pill so bleeding is super common but the blood is different this time. It’s light but I have to wear 1 pad for the whole day so it doesn’t stain my underwear, and it also is fresh blood. Like it smells metallic and fresh. Usually it’s a brownish colour. Is this normal or have I got some sort of issue? I had rough sex and wondering if this has cut me or something inside?

This happens to me!! If u had been injured during sex it would come out bright red blood (not pinkish orange/brown) and then go away. Im pretty sure this is spotting and maybe from penetration and a weak lining from birth control its like that although im not guaranteed
