Hey ladies just a quick one I have two questions if anyone can help please ❤️ 1) I’m on microlite maybe two months now? And I have changed my diet since last Wednesday to healthy and clean, today I started spotting and got spots around my chin like I would on my break week? But I still have I think 13 pills left is this normal ? 2) I have bpd/eupd and I’m currently not on medication for it the last while (my team knows and suggested it) I’m just wondering does anyone else suffer the same and if so what pill are they taking that they think is helping with moods etc if you suffer with the same Thanks so much xx 💊⚠️💊💊⚠️⚠️💊💊💊💊💊💤💤💤💤💤💤💤⚠️💊💊💊🔶💊💊💊💊💊 Brand: Microlite

I only have an answer for your first question: you can experience breakthrough bleeding (sometimes referred to as irregular bleeding) at any given point when using the pill, this is bleeding you may experience during active pills. It is very normal, and usually more common during the first 3-6 months on the pill as your body is getting used to being on the pill. Side effects are most common during that time and settle down a bit after. It is possible to experience side effects even years into the pill though! If your breakthrough bleeding lasts for 6-8 weeks it’s a good idea to talk to a doctor about swapping pills or methods because excessive bleeding is unnecessary. Don’t let it scare you though, but sometimes it can really last for a long time, longer than a usual period.
