i realized i accidentally took two pills yesterday, so now im missing the pill i would take for today. should i skip today or just take the one meant for tomorrow?

You take the pill every 24 hours. So feel free to take tomorrow's pill today, but wait until 24 hours have passed since the last one.

Make sure you take a pill every day. Just take the next one in the pack and continue on doing that.
