I’m on desogestrel (POP) I just want a bit of reassurance. On sat 11th I took my pill 4 and a half hours late, I’ve taken it at the exact time every other day before and since that day. I had sex on Sun 12th but I started bleeding yesterday morning only a little bit. In my pill pamphlet, it says I can take my pill within 12 hours of my normal time without my protection being affected. I just want a bit of reassurance that this bleeding is likely irregular from my pill and not implantation bleeding or anything like that.

If you take ur pill correctly it cant be implantation bleeding.

Being four and a half hours is no problem if your pamphlet tells you that you can be up to twelve hours late.
