Hi all 🙌🏻 I am on my sugar week and am on day four but I haven’t started bleeding yet which has never happened i have cramps but nothing. I don’t take the little sugar pills cause i was told all they do is track. Is this normal? I will take a test if i dont have a withdrawal bleed by the next starting pack but just wanted to get some advice. I had only taken two tablets like 1-2 hours late the week before the sugars xx

As long as you take your pills correctly then you have nothing to worry about. 1-2 hours late is perfectly fine. It doesn’t matter if u bleed or not
