I take the combined pill (Levina). On the last day of my pill pack, I vomited about 3 minutes after taking the pill because I accidentally swallowed a mouthwash. The pill may not have been absorbed. No your pill was not absorbed. If you vomit within 3 hours of taking a pill you need to take another pill. If you did not do that, you need to follow your pill’s instructions on missed pills. If you use the pill correctly you do not ovulate, that’s one of the ways the pill works. If you are using a cycle tracking app just beware that’s completely inaccurate/unnecessary while you’re taking the pill.
