I have taken 4 pregnancy test 1 says inconclusive The other 3 are very faint lines…. Does this mean it’s positive?

If you’re reading the tests within the time frame stated in it’s instructions and the lines showing up are what the instructions say are a positive result, then yes it sounds like it’s positive
