I am on the pill and have been for about 3 years this is the first time I’ve had my period for about a week then had a normal week break in between then I started my period again the flowing week and today is day 8 which is super long I’m still having cramps and the blood is red and mixed with darker older blood is this normal for birth control even after 3 years I’m honestly contemplating getting off of it and just using condoms but idk if I should? Give me your option please.
