So I was on the mini pill about a month ago for a few years and came off it as I wanted to get my cycles back to normal, I had my first period around 7th December and I had sex 2 days ago with a condom. I’m wanting to restart my pill as being on it gives me that piece of mind that I’m protected from pregnancy. If I was pregnant however, from the sex I had 2 days ago, what would happen with me taking these pills? Would I still be pregnant?

You used a condom so it was protected sex no? Even if it wasn’t technically you wouldn’t be pregnant yet anyway, you’re not technically pregnant until like ~2 weeks after sex. If you hypothetically got pregnant in this situation yes you would still be pregnant on the pill, the pill does not negatively affect the health or wellbeing of a baby.

@bluerose9 it was protected but when I got up, I had fluid all near my vaginal opening and upper thigh (assuming when he came out of me was when it happened), and I’m freaking out thinking escaped via the top of the condom or something. I’m just overthinking I think. Spit was also used as he went down on me beforehand and I’ve read spit is bad for condoms. Ugh so stressful

@Countrysidep that fluid could have been your own fluids? Unless the condom broke it shouldn’t be a concern!
