okay so i go on holiday in a bit over a month and i was wondering if anyone has any tips on losing weight fast? i’m willing to do anything except run for extended periods of time. my boyfriend is a massive gym guy and i struggle to stay consistent. so any tips on staying consistent and losing weight fast?

There is no healthy or safe solution to lose weight fast. Running isn't a particularly effective weight loss method although it's a great exercise. You also don't need to lose weight to enjoy your vacation. Every body is a beach body :) focus on the memories you'll make and enjoying yourself to the most instead of on shrinking your body. Also for the future, it's appreciated to include a trigger warning on posts about weight loss.

You’re completely right i didn’t think about including a TW i will in future! Thank you for the advice i know it isn’t essential for me to lose weight to enjoy this holiday i just know it will make me feel better in my own body.

I heard long walks are more effective for burning cals than runs if that helps x
